After a massive car accident in which I and my husband survived mainly due to seat belts, this service picked my husband on a stretcher and myself. When I was getting into the van they closed the door on my broken fingers. Then the seat belt wouldn't click together , so they 'jerri rigged' me in my seat.

Though they were using the GPS in the van, they kept turning off the correct route and I'd have to tell them the correct route from Syracuse to Ithaca

The other thing that was annoying was they didn't speak English. When I asked where they were from, I was told Israel.
That was a horrible trip!!
