Initially my drive finish looked great, then two days after it was complete I had two 4 x 8 puddles of water following a rain storm. I contacted him as his selling line is "we wont stop till your satisfied". So he did come back out b ecause the puddles were only a few years away from being pot holes. His fix was to scrap two trenches in my brand new drive way to make the water run. It told him this was still unacceptable as I just paid for a new drive way that now looks terrible because they scrapped two trenches in it and it still has puddles granted smaller but non the less still puddles. He then was very unprofessional yelling at me and threatening me in ear shot of my small children and wife. This continued for 15 minutes as I tried to calm him down and explain I just want a quality product for what I paid for. He finished off with basically screw you sue me then.
