Embassy Suites by Hilton Syracuse Destiny USA at 311 Hiawatha Boulevard West, Syracuse, New York.

We where I’m Syracuse for an anniversary party so our stay wasn’t long. Our friends from the area recommended the Embassy Suites. I liked the complimentary cocktail idea even though we had to leave for our event. I loved the free parking & we enjoyed the made to order breakfast & loved the coffee!! Love being next to the mall as well:)
We didn’t use the pool or any other amenities or else I would have given a five star rating!
Thank you would stay here again on our next trip to Syracuse!!

The hotel is very clean and really close to Destiny USA. Check in was a breeze, the young man was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a coupon book that we were able to show and get discounts at the mall. They also offered a shuttle to and from the mall. Which was appreciated since there was lots of snow. The shuttle runs until midnight and we stayed out later than that but with the bridge, it wasn't too bad to walk back, even in the snow. The breakfast is the best complimentary breakfast that we have received. We will definitely be returning to the Embassy Suites on our next shopping trip.
