I originally reviewed this location as five stars because the landlord strong armed me into it. I feel the need to revise that rating.

Inspections are never completed on time. We were prepared for an inspection that happened two weeks later than the stated date with NO WARNING. The maintenance crew is creepy, and verbally abusive. I am a differently abled person with PTSD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, and one of the maintenance guys verbally harassed me one morning for not understanding what he was saying to me in his fit of anger. I informed management of his behavior and never received an apology or assurance the behavioral issue would be resolved at a management level.

I complained about the third floor not being properly iced when I woke up at NOON to an inch of ice over everything, including the walkway, and in return I got NO RESOLUTION FOR THE ISSUE, and an aggressive notice on my front door this morning about my cats.

I have one primary cat. Currently, a mommy cat and her two kittens are visiting with me while my friend is on vacation. I've done this routine before earlier in the year with absolutely no issue from the management, and there was even an inspection while the mom and her kittens were here, and it was fine!

I called the landlord about the notice and he scrambled to cover his a**. In doing so he unwittingly admitted to illegaly entering my apartment with no notice. He attempted to claim that my neighbors reported me for too much noise and a "smell so bad we thought a dead body was in there" and that's truly the most amazing part to me. Noise I understand because these walls are thin. And if the neighbors reported me for that, they got to hear the meltdown I had this morning and now they probably feel terrible. They should. If they truly reported me. I pay almost $700 a month. I've literally bought the right for my cat to yodel at 10pm at night and for me to watch Pacific Rim at 150% volume if I really want TO. But I typically keep noise to a minimum, because I'm quite sensitive to sound. So don't step to me about NOISE. Particularly as I have to listen to my neighbors have loud sex at 4am and then get domestically abusive with each other.

As for the smell, that's a joke. Not only am I the most neurotic nerd on the planet and keep my apartment not only organized but usually organized past the point of reason, but I frequently use sage, incense, and scented candles for aromatherapy. Additionally, all of my neighbors hotbox their apartment on a daily basis. So I truly don't think they're capable of smelling anything other than weed. No hate there. But come on manager. You really couldn't come up with something better than that? IF YALL THOUGHT THERE WAS A DEAD BODY WHY DID NO ONE DO A WELFARE CHECK? WHY WEREN'T THE POLICE CALLED? OH WAIT. YALL JUST LIKE TO DISCRIMINATE.

Well, we live in a blue state, and I'm sure there's a lawyer somewhere that would love to help me go after this place. Neither of their apartment complexes are wheelchair accessible either. Absolutely ridiculous and I won't stand for it. I'm quite sure this updated review will result in retaliation as well, but at that point they will be in even deeper legal water.
