Bath & Body Works at 9747 Destiny USA Drive, Syracuse, New York.

Visited this past week. Wanted to purchase some of the new honey body washes. The employees were friendly greeting me. There were three of them on the floor talking to each other. I went over to the candle area and asked about the sales. The older sales woman had a sour face and told me there were no sales. I don't understand what the nasty face was for. But when I was ready to pay for my items I went back to the body works area. I asked one of the three women who were standing around if they could help check me out. They told me with a smile to go to the candle area for assistance (I wasn't even buying candles). I then stood in line while the sour faced sales woman assisted another customer. Within five minutes I left my stuff on one of the tables. I didn't understand why at 10AM in the morning there were sales people just standing around talking and not interested in actually helping the customers. In the past months I have notice this locations customer service degrade. I can't begin to tell you how often I overhear employees snark each other. Please clean out this store. I will be visiting the Fayetteville location for now.
